TTB has updated their booklet on winery laboratory analytical tests with a new version from 2009, entitled "Laboratory Analysis for Small Wineries".
Mari Kirrane's presentation is available on the TTB website, but this handout hasn't yet made it onto their site. Mari says it's public information, though, so I can provide it for you here:
